1. Introduction & Acceptance

4. Account Management

You must not share your login details with any third party. cd222 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not it was authorised by you — is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to cd222 Support at the earliest opportunity.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

cd222 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. 5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.6 Currency

Any attempt to abuse cd222's bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using a coordinated group of accounts to exploit bonus structures, or employing low-risk betting strategies designed specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine play — constitutes bonus abuse. cd222 may void any bonuses and associated winnings and suspend the relevant accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Determinations regarding bonus abuse are made at cd222's sole discretion.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and free bet credits are subject to an expiry period stated in the specific promotion's terms. Unused bonus funds that expire are removed from your Account balance without compensation. cd222 is under no obligation to extend bonus expiry periods.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

cd222 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including bets placed after the commencement of an event where live markets have been suspended, bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error, and bets placed in circumstances that cd222 reasonably believes constitute abuse of the platform.

7.2 Settlement of Bets

All bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body or official statistics provider recognised by cd222. In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, cd222's decision — made in good faith based on available information — is final. 7.3 Technical Malfunctions

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

cd222 may terminate these Terms and close your Account immediately and without prior notice if you breach any material provision of this Agreement, if continued operation of your Account poses a risk to cd222 or other players, or if cd222 decides to cease operations in whole or in part. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (after deducting any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which cd222 is registered and operates.
